Kelly was wonderful! I had so many questions about purchasing a condo on Sanibel Island because I live in Connecticut and didn’t know how to contact the appropriate people in Florida for inspections, Mortgage application, etc. Kelly put me in touch with the appropriate relevant people, and ran interference for me with them when there were questions or issues. Working with her made the process so much smoother and easier and I would recommend her highly to anyone! In fact when I finally make it down to Florida to see my new condo, I hope to drop by her office and thank her in person!

Kelly is amazing. She was an excellent representative for us in the purchase of our condo in Ft. Myers. She was tenacious with the seller’s representative who was difficult to get a response from. She was so very professional, congenial and willing to go above and beyond to handle things for us since we were making our purchase from out of State.
