I had so many questions about purchasing a condo on Sanibel Island because I live in Connecticut and didn’t know how to contact the appropriate people in Florida for inspections, Mortgage application, etc. Kelly put me in touch with the appropriate relevant people, and ran interference for me with them when there were questions or issues. Working with her made the process so much smoother and easier and I would recommend her highly to anyone!
